Accutane killing me

I got some Indian accutane on Wednesday and I used it Wednesday-Sunday. It’s only 10mg and I was also taking 10mg of Claritin, 2 fish oils, and wearing spf 50 pa++++ sunscreen. Saturday and Sunday night when I would wash my face with a gentle cleanser, my face was stinging and getting really red. I also happen to have what I think is rosacea, so it was flaring up like crazy. Monday and today I didn’t take any bc idk if I can do this. My face hurts + is getting red + starting to peel already. I’m gonna be doing virtual school next year so I’ll probably just wait till then to do it if my skin is still not perfect. Oh yeah btw, I don’t have TERRIBLE acne or anything. I don’t have perfectly skin clear either tho. I hate how sensitive my skin is bruh. Last thing, if anyone says to use tret, I stole my brothers tret 1 night it’s 0.025% I think and a couple of days later my skin was peeling. That is my most annoying side effect bc it’s actually disgusting.

Accutane isn't supposed to make your skin peel, especially that early. At least it didn't do this for me.

That’s why I stopped. I haven’t heard of anyone getting bad side effects that early especially on only 10mg. I guess it’s just extreme dryness but my skin barrier is probably the problem even tho I’ve been trying to fix it for months

Fix it by using petrolatum on your face for 3 days straigtht. Use a good amount to coat your face. WORKED FOR ME!

Idk how I’m supposed to fix it tho
I use a gentle cleanser once nightly and use a hydrating moisturizer morning and night

Idek if my barrier is 100% the problem. I might just have really sensitive skin or something. Maybe something internal too. Also, I might try the petrolatum, I’ve heard bad things about using it on your whole face before tho

It gave me a few acne scars that faded away quickly but it saved my skin barrier
