Accutane left me with pie

i’m one month on accutane and it has cleared up my cystic acne really well, but now i’ve been left with a lot of pie. How do i fix this? I still have 5months left on accutane, so could it help clear them up too? Is there any skincare products that help with this? How about micro needling?
