Accutane Maintenance

So I finished my accutane treatment a few months ago, and started tretinoin for scars and skin quality (0.05%). But I still get a few pimples a week which is pissing me off

So I was just wondering is 10mg accutane daily the way to go to get rid of/heavily minimise new pimples permanently?

i should've mentioned that I started tretionoin not long after my accutane treatment was over, so like 3 months ago

It was my dermatologist that said I could come off because my acne was gone, but that's also kinda what I suspected as I was only on it for like 8 months at around 30mg

Yeah they have no idea what they’re doing, hit your cumulative dose and then do a maintenance of like 5mg a day for life

doesn’t matter, only the cumulative one does. Ideally the less the better sides wise
