Accutane not working

When can i come to the conclusion that accutane doesn’t work for me? I’ve been on 0,5mg/kg of bodyweight for 35days now and my acne has stayed the same, or even gotten a bit worse. I’m starting to lose my patience honestly. I have severe acne mostly cystic and it affects me a lot.
In what cases accutane doesn’t work?

Accutane WILL work, if you have severe acne will take a lot longer than a month to see positive results. And yes it will get worse before it gets better thats how accutane works
