accutane was working around 3-4 months but now I’m not see progress been on for 7 fucking months 2 being 80mg rest 40mg still have mild acne and very red irritation said by. My dermatologist it’s not working completely lost hope its over completely

Give it time. Accutane works pretty fast in some users but just like any other medication, not everyone reacts the same to the drug. Stick to it and let it do its thing.
