Accutane poisoning?

i was doing 20mgs of accutane and then i switched to 60 mg per day 2 two weeks ago and i dropped to 40 because of stock issue,i dont know if its because of accutane but i cant eat food for straight 3 days and i feel very sick wtf is this normal?? also a severe headache for straight two days should i go to a fucking doctor? and i wonder if its due to accutane

I’m not sure about Accutane, but I experienced the same issue while taking DNP I drank plenty of water, rested, and stopped taking it for a week after that, I carried on the same dosage and haven’t experienced the issue since.

ive never done bloods in my life and sides ig i was very hot and tired
