Indiamart accutane dosage?

Hi, I’ve always had stubborn acne, tried tret and benzoyl peroxide but none fully stopped it, I didn’t get prescribed accutane so I bought some on indamart and was wondering on how many mg I should be taking (photos of cheek, where I have most acne, posted)

I’m also concerned about purging and making sure my nose gets some of the shrinking benefits
