Accutane - Post accutane what should you do?

Im about to finish my cycle on accutane as my skin is completely clear now and i have no acne.

is there anything i should do to prevent further breakouts or acne coming back? such as topical retinoids or what not.

any ideas??

Yes stop accutane as soon as your acne clears up so your sebum can hypertrophy back to how they were in a few months

Stay on accutane forever

finish your cumulative dose first, then let the accutane get fully out of your system, then get on topical retinoids ig

Start taking a low dose after that and add retinids tonyour routine

Stay on accutane forever

It cleared up fully about 2 months ago but I’ve just kept taking it, should I lower dose and take it for ever?? Currently on 40mg

Yes at least do it for a year..

Pretty short tbh I’ve been on it for about 5-6 months
