yeah obviously but be careful to not go too high, my derm put me up to 80mg a day and that shit fucked me up bad. I had like the worst dryness possible and these nasty rashes on my arm from how dry my skin was. had to go down to 40mg a day.

Thought i been oon 20 but i seen ts was 20 per capsule and i take twice daily so i js finished 1 month on 40 and now ig im 60mgs lowk scared of so called grwoth plates fusing or hair thin/loss
