1. How long did it take you to actually get prescribed after seeing a dermatologist?

2.Was it on the first visit, or did they make you try antibiotics/topicals first?

I went to my normal doctor this summer and she prescribed me some topical that didn’t do shit and wanted me to use it for like 3 months before going on accutane so I went to a dermatologist and got it prescribed right away

Yeah topicals are not working for me.

I need accutane just currently waiting. My derm didn't prescribe it same day wanted me to try tret and doxy first.

they gave me topical antibiotics but prescribed me while i waited for first pledge to get me my accutane, but i didnt rly use the topicals cuz theyre cope anyway

Yeah I've already planned derm visit. Hopefully they'll prescribe it, if not I'll go online.
