For people who’ve finished a course:

1. What actually helped your skin the most while on Accutane?

2. Any simple habits or products that made a big difference?

3. Anything you regret doing early that caused irritation or unnecessary damage?



Trying to make the course smoother and come out with clear skin + a solid barrier.

im not on yet, but i use adapalene which is otc toppical weaker retinoid, you just want to be gentle useNO ACTIVES to make sure you dont damage the barrieer bad then causing purge or redness. if ur in a sunny place sunscreen is necassary because ur more prone to burning. id reccomend cicaplasst balm B5 la roche posay 1 or more a week for a deep moisturize.

focus on hydration and moisture, nothing that could strip that in any way, also extra extra moisturizer and a hydration serum worked wonders for me.

I used CeraVe hydrating cleanser and both my moisturizer and serum was from bubble, but when I say extra I gen mean like 3-4 pumps
