Accutane ruined my lips

Just after 5months of accutane the corners of my lips cracked and now they’re like really red and i’ve got a very visible red spot on both corners of my mouth. I’ve been fine with just spamming vaseline before but now i got this. How do i get rid of these? Do you guys think i can even heal them before i stop using accutane?

Aquaphor/Vaseline
and stop taking Accutane for a while
if that doesn't work Hydrocortisone or Hyaluronic acid

vaseline is not that good
