1. Does Accutane make it impossible to get acne (even if you had somewhat unhealthy food for like 2 days in a row, you won't get acne)
2. Any major side effects I should worry about that aren't usually talked about
3. is microdosing good or should i just do 20mg

do 20 for the period the derm gave u and then micro dose it after u finished with ur treatment that way u wont get acne ever

only real side effects with dosage <40mg is dry and sensitive skin and lips. some say mild hair thinning and shedding but thats not very common. also the purging phase is not that bad as many make it out to be.
