Accutane tiredness

It’s been 3h from when i took accutane for the first time (40mg) and i’m tired as fuck. I slept well and everything so this is not normal for me. Has anyone else felt tired after taking it? My muscles are also a bit sore

no i dont think so. i started at 10mg and worked my way up to 80mg i started to get tired and back aches at 60mg but it went away after 1 week
