Accutane troubles

I’ve been on accutane for 5 months, month 1 30mg daily , then +10 every month but stopped at 50 mg daily bc I developed acne fulminans.

I’ve been trying to find a sunscreen without harmful shi disrupting hormones further , though abt zinc oxide and tallow sun balm .

i’ve been on 60mg haven’t experience similar stuff but just use laroche posay sunscreen it’s lowkey tax but accutane is too and it’s worth it

i dont understand why people use such a high dose, i´m on 20mg a day and got glass skin from that

Derm appointed doses , he told me it was a purge for 2-3 months , switched seems and new guy said it was fulminans

i started with 10mg and uppd the dose to 20mg after 1,5 months and never had a purge phase
