so this is my first update 15 days in (20mg daily)

I'll do another on day 30,50,100,150,200

BENIFITS:

-I haven't purged yet

-maybe less acne I cant really tell

SIDEEFFECTS:

-became really depressed and sad that I'm khhv

-sleeping schedule kinda got fucked

-beet my meet like 3 times oen day than stopped for a week

-back pain /joint issues

-lips are really dry
