20mg is the best to mitigate sides for me. Im 6ft2 178

I used 40mg daily for abt half my Total dosage, Sides were definitely very apparent, second half I'm on 100mg with next to no difference, past the dosage to even purge or get any worse sides so its js a speedrun to the end lowk.

For me 30mg daily is the ideal dose. I get zero acne, zero black heads, etc. Perfectly clear skin. You'll probably have a 1 month purging phase (happened for me around month 2) but at around month 3 your skin will be perfect.
