Accutane vs Doxycline

My doctor just approved me to get tret and doxycline. I was wondering what the main differences are in accutane vs doxycline. Ive been on these meds for like 5 days now and i notice i get a bit dizzier. I was workin out and i felt a bit nauseous in between sets. Is this normal?

Doxycycline is an antibiotic and is pretty mild when it comes to fixing acne

Accutane is a lot stronger and will do a much better job at fixing acne

I’m pretty sure that mixing the two is bad as I was on doxycycline and had to switch to erythromycin instead when starting accutane

I too struggle with these side effects in the gym on 40mg accutane especially when training with high intensity and I haven’t really gotten a solid fix to it yet

It’s kind of just gotten a little bit better over time to be honest
