not really I had one PA get me off of it for blood increase then i switched to a derm and I've been on it for 3 months so far and my skin is really clear already on 80mg. u just gotta tell them "no im not trying any other cope shit, just get me on accutane" and it works

I’m about to just buy it from a vendor I have to wait 5-6 months to go to my derm again

no u just tell them you got cointunous acne that never goes away and keeps reappearing and it works just say some bs like its hormonal and doesnt work with topicals

None of it is laced dipshit, it's all pharma.
Half of the shit off IndiaMART isn't even produced by Indian pharma companies anyway, my Eli Lilly slin was from France.

Exactly, it's just like going to a local pharmacy that has every medication, the difference is you buy from indian pharmacies who don't give a single fuck about you having a prescription.
