I'm currently 16 Years old, if I took Accutane how would/could this affect my hormones?

I was on a high dose, not sure what you mean by hormone cooking? in what sense what r u worried about disrupting
all the sideeffects ive noticed is a more dry face and slight acne scars

i hopped on at 16, had really bad acne, i took around 70-80mg, which is extremely high because my acne wouldnt fuck off, im 18 now, im 6'2, (i grew early but was still growing around 2-3 every 6 months or so while on accutane and i did a blood test after and my test was fine
Like I said earlier only issue is i need to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated thats cuz i was on 80mg... with 30-40 which is usual dose you should be completely fine
remember... youre not the only one on this forum taking accutane, if there were problems people woulda bitched by now
