is 40 mg of accutane a good start, probably going to use it for 6 months. Also, is there a specific dose you need to take for shrinking your nose or it doesnt really matter as long as your taking it? Also was it a mistake choosing accutance over Tretinoin?

it doesnt change bones so probably just the tip

Start with 20 wait a month and assess from there I’m 3 weeks in on 20 and side effects are taking me rn

if ur goal is nose or sm state with like 10 or 20mg then u could increase , 50-60mg is for people with acne, for nose try hydrocortisone.
or just get a rhino

for acne too then 0.5mg/kg

idk why my dermatologist told me im gonna start with 40 (in my country im forced to have a prescription) but 20 mg for your acne and nose or only nose?

some people do 5-20mg for whole life for reason such as maybe nose , or if they have oily skin etc. if u have ance then yes 0.5mg/kg bodyweight is good

it doesnt really shrink the nose.. only the pores so expect the smallest of the smallest difference

my biggest problem with my nose isnt the bone structure itself, mostly that theres tissue and cartilage (because of bad habits when i was younger) my nasal bone is completely fine idk tho
