I don’t like the xantham gum and too many ingredients but atleast it has tocopherol. Try it and see : progesterone is highly effective so even if the other ingredients may cause some trouble the benefits outweigh the risks. But use it once and turn shift to progest E from idea labs after u get an idea of progesterone effects. Otherwise just buy oral Susten (progesterone) 100 mg from pharma
