Personally I think this can be achieved with the following (note that there are a range of ways to achieve same result) but let me know if you disagree:

Soft-maxes:
  • Eyebrow styling/plucking/shaving
  • Botox to lower the brows relative to the eye

Surgeries:
  • Fat grafting to upper eyelid (likely) OR Supraorbital rim implant (less likely)
  • Infraorbital-malar implants OR Fat grafting to tear trough OR Filler to tear through
  • Cheek filler OR. Some form of zygo/malar implant with or without infraorbital rim implant. OR Endoscopic temporo-malar lift (cheek lift)
  • Lower eyelid retraction surgery

he probably used botox for upper eyelid because his eyebrows got lower.

i dont believe he got any implants tbh. just fillers.

and for the lower eyelid he probably squinchs hard but yeah getting retraction wouldnt hurt.

His surgeon did a very good job tbh. It's fillers in his recent pictures his eye area has descended

can you acheive a permanent brow lowering by consistent application of botox?

What's the difference between fillers and implants?

idk depends where you use, what type of fillers you use. generally they dont offer much different things looks wise but they are different in cost, being permanent not being permanent.

but shits like supra orbital implants is pure cope if you dont have really shit supras.

probably no. i was also thinking about this for masseter reduction but its different things compared to brows i guess.

Mewed for years. Then squinted in the results pick to remove whatever uee he had. Fruadmaxxer.

Surgeon should be very experienced I heard botox application has the danger of leading to droopy upper eyelids among other giga looksminning sides

Looks like he was facing some light source (sun, most likely) and thus squinting naturally. I have pretty much zero uee outdoors due to involuntary squinting/frowning from bright light, especially when coming from a dark place, but it's worse when indoors and fully relaxed.

Do you know where exactly the Botox would be placed for this?
