16M with mild Acne/Blemishes, I've been on topical .1% tretinoin for around 1.5-2 months, and I've noticed minimal results. I was wondering if it is a better idea to start using Accutane, or if I should just wait it out with Tretinoin, if so, what dosage.

Keep using tret but if plates are closed hop on accutane

hormones honestly barely get touched by a low dose of 20mg

im using 0.025% tret been using for about a month and it got rid of most of the large pimples so I may move to a higher %

use tretinoin if u got scarring

Tret takes little time to show the effect as there is a phase of purging involved. When I first started using tret from skinorac it took me 4 months to get a good results so patience will pay.

Just use 20-30 mg of accutane daily
