16M with mild Acne/Blemishes, I've been on topical .1% tretinoin for around 1.5-2 months, and I've noticed minimal results. I was wondering if it is a better idea to start using Accutane, or if I should just wait it out with Tretinoin, if so, what dosage.

Accutane works much better, i think 20 mg is a good dose

Keep using tret but if plates are closed hop on accutane

hormones honestly barely get touched by a low dose of 20mg

im using 0.025% tret been using for about a month and it got rid of most of the large pimples so I may move to a higher %
