ACNE again

its been like 7 months till my face startet getting like shit cuz of acne ive used loots of things lately its gotten a bit better but i still got red marks and some new breakouts i dont wanna do accutane cuz of the side effects so i wanted to know some good treatment for redness

Only wash with water twice a day for a couple weeks. Also get sunlight and stay hydrated.

If the acne gets worse than just hop on Accutane the side effects are not a big deal.
