You can get laser treatment which is way easier than a hair transplant. Plus I got rid of acne within 5 days with cream with antibiotics+adapalen.

There’s a difference between acne and acne scars the latter is incredibly difficult to remove and laser is very expensive ask @AlexBrown84 and @Ken

If you are 40 having moderate to severe acne will be worse than being NW5

Bromocriptine progesterone thyroid and vitamin a ( not isotretion) supplementation nuked my acne. Now I only have scars
