Will gummies like these actually help with clearing acne? Reviews are mixed and I’m just doubtful they would actually do something.

you can sometimes get it in the pharmacy but if you need to get it perscribed find a shitty doctor which can help with that

Let me just eat my gummies with sugar that will spike my insulin and IGF-1 which will stimulate sebum production and clog my pores and which leads to more acne breakouts :p:owo:

Are you gonna do the same when you start experiencing hairloss too?

You probably gone cope and say some shit like "It's a vitamin issue" and then you will start taking vitamins. And then you will start saying "it's a diet/exercise issue" and then you cope with that. And while you waste time coping, you are losing hair you will never get back.

Don't end up like this guy, with deep, severe acne scarring because he was using cope approaches to tackle his acne:

Possible to get model tier skin after nuking collagen in youth?

So I nuked my collagen from 17 to 20 cos of depression stress and bad cicardian rhythm no skincare etc. Was wondering if nuking skin is reversible My skin two years ago ( age 19) My skin ( one year ago) Skin now ( 5 months of tret, vit C niacinamide serum, sunscreen and vit C zinc...

Ik the point ur tryna make but it’s just not the same, hair loss is just your genes and cannot be helped without a transplant, also both my grandfathers have full heads of hair so im not worried about that anyway, and acne is also largely genes except it can be treated differently, some treatments working better for some than for others, with the exception of accutane working well for everybody which is why everyone jumps to recommending it. I’m just trying to explore options that are easier and aren’t gonna affect my life since it doesn’t take a huge amount of money or time to try them.

Bro you are uneducated as fuck. Read this forum. Maintaining hair with 5-alpha reductase inhibitors like Finasteride/Dutasteride is possible. Regrowing hair is impossible for most people, but you can definitely slow down the hairloss. If you read this forum, you would've learned this.

Case in point: Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate. Clear example of what dut/fin can do

Well don't take too much time with cope meds. The more severe your acne and the longer you leave it the more chance for scarring like AlexBrown84's case

Most doctors start acne sufferers with benzoyl peroxide. So you can start with that and work your way up the medication ladder
