How tf do I fix my acne, I’ve always had it I refuse to use accurate cuz ion trust it. It’s around my mouth area just mostly lower half. On debloating, wtf do I do there I’ve always had chubby cheeks and when feeling them you can just see I have a lot of facial fat, idk what to do. A girl called me a pickle faced bitch today it’s genuinely my final straw I’m tired of this. Every single group picture I get mogged in so tired of it. Also frauding, I’m thinking of growing facial hair to fraud recessed chin, any tips? Also haircut tips I have no clue what to get, I’ve always had this haircut but I’m starting college soon and I refuse to be a chud in college. (Picture of me as a kid to prove I’ve always had big cheeks)

Order some falim gum and hard chew at least an hour daily preferably after working out.

You’ll need to be loosening/stretching your tendons muscles and fascia over your whole body to reconfigure it to a position that is encouraging to forward growth.

Also, order a flat plane mouthguard and wear it an hour a day and the whole time you sleep.

Use raw tallow as only skincare, no chemicals or any other shi, just water and tallow (and lock in your diet ofc, lots of vitamin A and that)

Get 5:1 dietary potassium-to-sodium ratio, eat natural diuretics. Also eat a lot of red meats, organs, and dairy as the primary food in the diet (keep milk mild if you get acne from it) as that will overall help your skin and facial fat and bloat, and keep natural diuretics to a low, don't overdo but they are very helpful in moderation.

I agree, and I’m fine on money I just remember having no clue about any of this stuff or how to ascend and viewing it all as esoteric undecodable nonsense. And I felt bad for the OP cuz he is in that spot now.

What warranted the immediate distrust?

The only reason I’ve been able to ascend myself is scouring through 2021 era forum threads and finding non cope shit that actually works. So many people currently have the perception that hardmaxxing is the only perceivable way to truly boost PSL when in reality they are victims of habits that they aren’t even aware of committing.

Your SCM (neck) muscles are not taut idly (along with your hyoid but thats just mewing)

Ive highlighted the area that should be engaged in black. (also, your shoulders are slumped which is a result of your Pelvic tilt and compressed spline)

By creating in back, is this an upper back, middle or lower, because I’m trying and I’m feeling mostly in my middle back

Middle to upper back, after a week or so of this I’m able to crack my back at multiple points just by inhaling into it.
