Someone on here told me to hop on tretinoin 0,025% first then hop on 0,5% and then on 0,1% and to also use niacinamide 10 + 1% zinc serum and azelaic acid 10% then 20%. However, I don't know how to source them and also don't know when would be the right time to change to greater percentages (e.g. 0.025% to 0.5% for tretinion) If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Also I'm not sure on what moisture cream is best for my skin type (T-zone). If there's any other product that could help me then please let me know. Thank you.

I would defenetly try tret and azelaic acid. After you get to 0.1 i would try tazarotene+azelaic. 0.025 tret saved my skin. But if topical creams/gels doesn’t work I would try iso tret

when you run out of cream or contact a dermatologist and he will be able to prescribe it to you and will help you with this better than some random incels on a random forum JFL
