start tret 2-3 times a week and up frequency every 1-2 weeks then once purge is over and constant irritation is gone use azelaic acid in the mornings. start w every other day and work up to every day and if u stick to it skin should be clear in a few months

Tret 0.025 and work your way up to Taz 1%/Tret 1% (Taz is more harsh) or use accutane.
