One of the worst things ever for looks.. suppressing DHT + microdosing oral retinoids cured it permanently for me. Suppressing the trash hormone DHT especially with dut is extremely effective for acne too, combine that with retinoids for a double whammy effect.

I drank 5+ liters of water daily still had acne, diet had no effects either except eating high vitamin A foods for a period of many months, that did remove my huge fat nose blackheads. That is also how I was convinced even more to try oral retinoids later and I mean yeah it makes sense too.

Anyway for most I personally think diet is cope regarding acne, zero or close to zero effects on the main root cause issue which is excessive sebum production mainly.
