Sertraline helped me a lot in the beginning but then it started making me fucking depressed as fuck, can't tolerate SRIs anymore. Also they crush your libido and make your dick limp what use is being castrated like that for having no/less social anxiety?? Then it becomes pointless too LOL...

Oh yeah I have a lot of DP/DR too so I don't even register myself as a real person sometimes, more like a character I am observing. Makes it even weirder too.
