Ok, I will try to help because I used to have it, but now at least my face is clear and I only get like a couple on my back and shoulders.
- Retinol (tret even better)
- Spinach and vegetables in general
- Cold shower
- Go out and walk everyday
- Avoid processed sugar
- Limit dairy
- De-stress (if you have a lot of stress)
- Use some kind of face wash everyday
- Wash it two times a day with water at least

nothing could cure my acne i tried everything tret, bp, skin care routine, nothing worked. recently i went nuclear and combined Clindamycin + Adapalene (theres a cream with both) and azelaic acid. my acne is gone after a month and my scars are fading like crazy. feels like a dream.
btw this is for anyone with bacterial acne, so most of you. Clindamycin is an antibiotic, Adapalene increases its skin penetration, and azelaic prevents resistance buildup, while also fading the PIE. reccomend this instead of getting blinded by Acutane
