-Retin a (decent against acne and increase collagen)
-Adelpelene (good against acne and not too harsh)
-Benzoyl peroxide
- bha (Paula's choose is nice) makes your pores a little bit smaller, but can increase redness.
- doxycycline (antibiotic that you take orally, can ruin gut bacteria health)
- minocycline ( also an antibiotic)
-Vitamine D3 can help(didnt use it myself but google recommends it)
-Zinc and magnesium are important hormones. Low levels could cause acne.

Different face wash perhaps? If you use a too strong on like the anti acne one you will strip too much oils and your body tries to compensate by increasing oil production. Chocolate and coffee can also increase sebum production. Same happens to a high amount of sugar and other processed foods. I use the gentle cleanse washes of the Benignice thread and like it. Perhaps he can help you further. @benignice

Try to avoid all dairy products. Those increase IGF-1 that increases sebum production.

Your skin is red. Looks like some items are too harsh. Perhaps the cleaner. Something against redness may work for you. I think aloe vera or some Korean anti redness product would help you.

It could also be hormonal. High DHT, T or estrogen can worsen it.

A cosmetic dermatologist can help you out. Those are specialised in skin and skin issues.

thank you for a proper answer !!!! ,i think it could be DHT related so all i can do it manage it until it goes with age.i take zinc and megneisum every day but not for acne but i know it helps a bit for that too.i take 10,000 iu vitamin d almost daily.im scared of antibiotics so i might try the paulas choice one.benzoyl peroxide is ok but make my dry af.

i will look into adapalene. did you have acne yourself?

Lower your vitamin d dose. 10k iu daily you will reach toxic levels quickly.

i read alot of studies and its not that true.i di vitamin d every 5 months. Slow rise tbh.

Upper limit is 4k in supplement form. In b4 you kill your livers.

Yeah I had it since I was a child. And still got minor acne as an adolescent, but it's barely visible.
It really ruined my confidence when i was younger, since all my friends had perfect skin. Skin and body fat is the easiest looksmax a person can have and skin is massively overlooked here.

I actually did some bloodwork some days ago and should get the result next week. Wonder if my test, dht or estrogen is so high that I got some acne. We will see it soon. Planning to use finsteride + test so I can monitor my progression and see how my skin behaves. I dont advice to mess with hormones when you are a teen. All those hormones are important for masculation of the body and mind.

Took accutane and all the medicine an GP could prescribe. I got mixed feelings about Accutane. It made it less severe, but it made me really depressed during the treatment, I was low energy and had alot of brain frog. My skin looked so red and dry during the course. I was really anxious and had massive mood swings where I could cry out of nowhere. I got like 70% less acne since then.

My skincare routine after some trial and error is the following:
Morning:
- oat cleansing balm
-hado lebo skin calmer
-retin a 0.025 (one every 2 days)
- Cerave hydrating creame
-SPF 50 sunscreen from Paula's choise

Evening
- Oat cleansing balm
-Dermogica ultra calming cleanser
- Bha once every 2 days
- Adelpelene daily
- Cerava hydrating creme

For my body back and arms I use benzoyl peroxide and those 2 cleansers. I am getting small bumps in my arm and back if I dont use benzoyl peroxide, and benzoyl kills keratosis pilaris ( the small bumps on my arms). If I dont use my skincare for 2 days I get my acne back and my T-zone gets really greasy.

My skincare routine may not work for you or certain ingredients like retin may cause redness. Or the permanent impact accutane had on my skin that I cant measure or test out.
My sister still got acne at 24 and cant use my routine without a massive red flare for days.

well I disagree,10,000 iu is like 20 minutes in the sun naked.

Because there is a difference between supplement form and getting it naturally from the sun.

How can it kill something you never had?

Im happy with my looks you moron.
Me too. But I'd rope in your case, for sure.
Still, point stands. It doesn't matter what you're happy or unhappy with. Your smv has been 0 or even negative and that's regardless of acne.

Wants to get rid of acne

Rules out the two best solutions

You cannot be helped

Why no accutane? I took low dose 20 mg every 3 days, no side effects: After 3 months my skin got clear.

Supplement zinc. Acne is often caused by high T with low zinc. Also unironically stop washing that often, or use water only.

However looking at the photo, acne is the least of your problems tbh.

Is it a side effect from your weight loss? since I also got acne because of it

Yeah bro, care with tret, it will give you PFS.

why are your cheeks so red? rosacea?

Just mega dose B5
-never heard L carnitine for acne and. It also has shit bioavailability and can have carcinogenic effects when digested.
-also have never heard of niacin for acne
-fish oil is also cope unless its from a good source as supplements are usually oxidised during manufacturing and therefore can increases inflammation, causes oxidative stress, cell degradation and tumour growth.

The guy is perfectly average and after some effort can find a low tier becky, but if he wants can get totally ripped and within a few years have above average smv

Wtf is wrong with you, I speak as someone whose SMV is 0 because despite being 6'4", girls literally laugh when they see my face on Omegle natural reaction and then skip me; I have been told several times I look like James Charles or Nick Biirch from Big Mouth.

Not that I watch any of that soy, degenerate shit
