Acne not going awa

I have had acne since around September 2024 but it didn’t get bad until around 2025 ish it’s gotten a lot better but it always seems to stick with me, what should I do? Any creams or anything like that let me know

wash ur face and get isotretinoin

diet, stress / nervous system, skincare, isotretinoin are usually the way to go. Try out different stuff before taking iso
