Pinning is less effective for face only, if your goal is hair and skin all over thats fine but for face only topical clears

I do have alot of active acne, its just hard to tell from afar. like I go to the dermatologist tho and they told me

Run 10-20mg accutane daily until clear and then keep taking 10mg for another 3 months after skin is clear. Then either microdose at 5mg and/or use topical retinoids
