Just hop on Accutane brother nothing else works and these topical shit is too weak may leave you with shitty scarring(which is permanent) benzyol peroxide burned my skin and gave me a keloid scar Jfl

You can directly start with tret. I have been using tret from skinorac along with a moisturiser and spf50 from la roche posay and its good.
