My main goal right now is to improve my face and overall appearance, especially looking more masculine. My face is the most important thing to me.
I’m currently doing a cut and expect to get leaner. In the past, when I was around 15% body fat, I didn’t notice much change in my face. Right now I’m somewhat higher, so I want to see what happens as I get leaner. At the same time, I don’t want to assume that getting extremely lean will automatically give me a much sharper jawline, because my face didn’t change that much when I was leaner before.
My skin is very inconsistent. Sometimes it looks really good with no acne at all, and sometimes it gets really bad, like it is now. I want to know what I can legally and easily get in Sweden without a prescription and what would actually be worth using. I want to keep my routine relatively simple and avoid using unnecessary products or irritating my skin.
I also want help with the darkness around my eyes. I want to improve that as much as realistically possible. I’m interested in things like getting enough sleep, using SPF, not rubbing my eyes, and possibly using a caffeine serum or eye serum, but I don’t know if I should actually use these things.
For my eyebrows, I want them to look cleaner and more masculine without making them thin or overly shaped. I’m wondering whether I should remove hairs between my eyebrows, clean up some hairs underneath, trim longer hairs, or otherwise shape them. I want to know what would suit my face best.
For my jawline, I want to know what I can realistically do to make it look better. I’m already cutting and will get leaner, but I’m wondering if there is anything else I should do, such as improving my posture, training my neck and traps, or anything else that is actually useful. I also want to know what things like jaw trainers, chewing gum, mewing, or similar methods are actually worth doing, if any.
I also want to look more masculine overall. I’m interested in improving my skin, hair, eyebrows, eyes, jawline, teeth, grooming, posture and physique. I’m already working on my cut, and I can also work on my shoulders, lats, upper chest, traps, neck and arms to create a stronger overall frame.
For my hair, I like a middle part because I like how it looks and because it doesn’t require much maintenance. I work a lot, have a lot of schoolwork, and work with trucks, so I need something practical that doesn’t require a lot of styling every morning.
I’m thinking a low-maintenance textured middle part or curtain haircut could work, possibly with a low taper. I want enough length on top to naturally form the middle part, with some texture and layers, while keeping the sides somewhat full so they frame my face. I don’t want a high fade or something that requires frequent maintenance. I’d like to be able to wake up, brush it into place, maybe wet it slightly, and go. I could potentially use something like texture powder or sea-salt spray on days when I want more styling, but again, I’m asking whether I should actually use these products.
Things I’m considering and want advice about
I don’t already know that I want or need these things. I’m asking whether they are actually worth using for me:
Caffeine serum or caffeine eye serum
Benzoyl peroxide such as Basiron AC
SPF 30–50
What bf% do i drop to?
Moisturizer
Salicylic acid
Retinol or other retinoids
Niacinamide
Vitamin C
Hyaluronic acid
Eye creams or other products for dark circles
Products or methods for improving my eyebrows
Products or methods for making my jawline look better
Jaw trainers
Chewing gum
Mewing or tongue posture
Neck training
Bone smashing?
Texture powder
Sea-salt spray
Anything else that could genuinely improve my face or make me look more masculine
Which of these should I actually use, which ones are unnecessary, and which ones would you recommend for someone in my situation? I especially want to know what is available without a prescription in Sweden, what is actually effective, and what is just hype
