Acne Scar, Subcision

Before and after 1 Subcision. Almost a month now don’t see much difference except the dark spots are worse. What do you think?
Also I’ve flat zygo but need advice if my infra/ maxilla is recessed

A lot of your scarring is rather pitted and you would be a good candidate for TCA cross. Subcision is not as effective on those kinds of scars. Also, subcision should be combined with PRP if you do it again, it significantly boosts the results.

I was planning TCA cross for the upper cheek ice picks. But thought I should fix the big ones below first with Subcision.
The specialist did recommend me PRP which I was going to get with the next Subcision. But not sure what exactly it does that doesn’t happen naturally plus I take peptides like GHK Cu and KPV is on the way.
They also do Rejuran for collagen which from reviews doesn’t sound very affective to me.
