Careful with the Accutane as there's negative long term and short term effects. Vitamin A mega dosing has a similar effect but has it's own side effects also.January 2024

My skin is still really bad but holy shit I'm glad it got better. Accutane clearing up my skin now
Last Christmas I was literally scared to go outside because of my skin. I felt so ashamed.
IGNORE EVERYTHING EXCEPT MY SKIN! LET ME FEEL HAPPY
Roughly 90% of people have their acne come right back after stopping Accutane (within 1 year). You definitely don't qant to cycle it on an off due to the long term health effects.
Here's the lifestyle I recommend for a 100% life long cure:
1.) Organic whole raw (or mostly raw) alkaline diet (mainly fruits, veggies, sweet potatoes, hemp seeds, some seaweeds, and sprouted grains like quinoa, and sprouted legumes like lentils. Add in some detoxifying teas that are high in nutrients like Dandelion root tea.
2.) Reverse osmosis water only and store in glass jars only.
3.) Seabuckthorn oil (organic) face qash. All these face products should be in glass containers.
4.) Organic Aragon oil for a moisturizer.
5.) Organic rose water for a toner.
6.) Organic 20+ UMF Manuka Honey nightly face mask
7.) 15-20 minutes of daily sun exposure.
8.) Meditation 2x per day to keep stress levels loq.
9.) Derma rolling is a bonus but not necessary.
10.) Daily grounding/earthing for keeping inflammation low.
11.) Daily or at least every other day Sauna or at the very least workout or do some kind of sports to sweat daily to detox your body.
12.) Daily red light therapy.
Something to test out is the subliminal/frequencies/biokenisis youtube videos people use for various reasons. Might be a cool daily test to see if it does anything extra. It could all be bull shit but it's just a bonus.
