what i tried already:
wash face twice daily
no diary for a month
no wheat for a month
no sugar for a month
probiotics for a month
i felt like it slightly got better but when i ate 100g of chocolate these 2 fuckers returned
my next steps are leaving out my moisturizer as it might clog my pores and change toothpaste as it got sodium flurid
any other suggestions? i hope its not hormonal as im 27 already and that would be weird
