accutane and tazarotene, if u cant access taza then get tretionin from retin-a 0.1% also you have some black dots i think, those need to be removed, and u have a acne scar on ur right cheek if im not wrong, laser would help prob

I follow a simple routine with spf50, moisturiser from la roche posay and tret from skinorac and its fine.

I’d go to a real dermatologist if you can, it’s easy and (relatively) cheap in the U.S. You probably should use a retinoid (induces cellular turnover) like tazarotene or tretinoin, an anti inflammatory like azelic acid, and if that does nothing to help you out, a topic anti androgen like clascoterone.
