My progress on treating my acne, first treatment was 2 months with Trifarotene 0.005% and Doxycycline 100 then changed to full Accutane 10mg daily and I've been now 2 months on it. Makes my lips and eyes so dry I have to use artificial tears and Aquaphor for my lips.

Yeah stay away from Accutane then. Liver cirrhosis in 15% of users... shits toxic. Have you looked into sun screen?

I use Tret and sunscreen but I want to use accutane so it stays away, if I stop with tret even after using it for 6 months and eat something sugary my pimples just come back. With accutane it doesn’t or chances are way slimmer. Just don’t want to fully stop drinking.

Up ur dose if its been 2 months, mirin the transformation tho

Thanks brah. What can I tell my dermatologist so I can start upping my dose I did read 25mg Accutane was pretty good, I weight 63kg also.

Say that u dont feel any mood swings or dryness and u want to up the dose they prolly will let u around 25-30 is good as its 0.5mg per 1kg bw
