Acne will not leave me

This shit has been kept up for the past year and I have stubborn acne that wont go on the forehead and chin. Its more just red spots rather than cystics acne. I do a proper skincare diet, eat decntly healthy food (unhealthy food is always homemade and I rarely eat ultra processed foods.) Don't say accutane as I'm going to try get it.
