Acne worsening after stopping antibiotics

I had to stop antibiotics early due to side effects and my acne is getting worse after an initial improvement. I took my first dose of 20mg accutane about a week ago, and im considering upgrading to a full blast now. I can feel the cysts under my skin and it makes me feel so sick. I want to destroy it off my face. I have been trying topics for over a year now so i know that wont work, and im starting to take creatine and whey protein again which will contribute to increased acne.

I think accutane is the only treatment now, its going to cost me around £400 for 180 40mg tablets of accutane which is how much i need to permantly nuke my acne, thats from indian pharmacies too.

benzoyl is basically a topical anti biotic

if you've tried benzoyl and it didn't work then accutane is the next step

Idk if my body can tolerate that with the eczema tbh, the highest I'll try is 40mg/d which should still be enough to nuke acne
