I recently started breaking out, I have a bunch of white heads and black heads and my skin just looks bumpy and dirty.. how do i fix this? is accutane the only solution?

Fix your diet and start a skincare routine if that doesn't work get on isotretinoin.

i’m on doxycycline 100mg but it’s not rlly doing anything also i wash my face every night and use arazlo tazarotene lotion 0.045%

You can start using BHA cleanser which is gonna remove ur dead skin cells do it 3 times a week but if that shit turns into inflamed acne or get worse gotta start accutane or some kind of retinol, like tretinoin but accutane is the best bet here

where do u live? if u have insurance it covers most of it, i m on 80mg daily and i only pay 10 bucks per month and 30 copay for my derm. just go to derm and start accutane make sure do bloodwork it kinda fucked my cholesterol.

start tretnoin they are pretty cheap, just apply every night for 3 months or azelaic acid highest % u can get like 15

ill probably get on tretinoin and hope it works, it wont clear it but my face will be noticeably smooth right? rn it looks like someone grabbed a pepper shaker and just shook it on my face

yes tretnoin especially helps u more with whiteheads and scars just be consistent for 4 months

if a good cleanser+moisturizer regimen (2x daily) isnt working you need tretinoin

tretinoin + azelaic acid 15% gel with the tretinoin start with the lower dose i started with 0.025% also eat a lot of raw fats to help your body detoxify your skin will be glowing soon
