rice masks work better as a support they are usually non stripping depending on formulation not strong enough to use as an active
try tretinoin, or tazarotene if moderate to severe
azelaic and adepelene are otc usually and can help with acne not that great though

accutanes going to be your best bet but if that’s off the table
