nah, maybe start with 15%. it wont rly give any sides that im aware off I went on 15% right away but 20% should be slightly more effective.

I prefer cream if you can source it, anything above 10% is prescription based unless ur in a chill country. but it rly doesnt matter that much I dont think wheter its cream or gel
