No way to fix acne "naturally" get yourself either accutane OR tretinoin 0,025% and work yoursef up to 0,05% indefinitely. Use azelaic acid on the days you're not using tretinoin and cycle every 2 days. Don't forget a moisturzier both mornings and night when using these two otherwise youre going to fuck your skin up.
